The model.

  1. Identify the problem. Most organizations think they know what the problem is that they are trying to solve. In our experience, it isn't so easy.

  2. Understand the "why". We’re good at distilling critical questions and keeping focus on what matters most. 

  3. Design the approach. Typically, our work with you will involve some data collection, development of findings and recommendations, and implementation support. 

  4. Develop an engagement strategy -- consider who needs to be involved, how, and when -- throughout.  

  5. Begin to implement.

  6. Monitor, adjust, learn.
